Don’t rush to brush your teeth right after eating sour foods! 🍊🍓

After acidic foods like oranges, berries or fizzy drinks, don’t rush to brush! The acid can temporarily soften your enamel, so brushing hard straight away may wear it down and make teeth more sensitive.
Rinse with water first, wait around 20–30 minutes, then brush gently with a soft‑bristled toothbrush — safer for your smile and kinder to your enamel. 😄
