Dr. Chan and Dr. Yu visited the Drug Abuse Treatment Center of The Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong, located at Sai Kung Ling Oi Tan Ka Wan Treatment Centre. This visit provided us with information about the services offered by the center and the daily lives of the residents undergoing drug abuse treatment at the facility.
