Sensitive toothpaste isn’t instant magic ✨
If you’ve tried sensitive toothpaste and your teeth still “zing”, it might be a timing issue, not a total fail. Most sensitive toothpastes need regular use for a few weeks to really calm things down. Use it twice a day for 2 minutes, and don’t rinse it all away immediately, so the ingredients can stay on your teeth a bit longer.
