Sensitive toothpaste isn’t instant magic ✨

If you’ve tried sensitive toothpaste and your teeth still “zing”, it might be a timing issue, not a total fail.
Most sensitive toothpastes need regular use for a few weeks to really calm things down.
Use it twice a day for 2 minutes, and don’t rinse it all away immediately, so the ingredients can stay on your teeth a bit longer.
For extra‑sensitive spots, you can dab a little on the tooth after brushing at night and leave it there.
If sensitivity doesn’t improve or gets worse, it’s time for a proper dental check, not just more toothpaste.
